Frequently Asked Questions

How do you make my order?

All our products are 3D printed using our 3D FDM printers and PLA filament. Each order is designed digitally, sent to our printers and manufactured. Where glitter finishes have been chosen we hand finish these.

PLA is a plastic filament derived from corn starch, it is biodegradable.

As the items are 3D printed, some lines may be visible in the finish product. These do not detract from the the finish product.

I want a particular design or item, but don't see it in your shop. Can you design and make me something specific?

Yes! We love designing new items whether they are one off pieces or a variation of something already on shop. Just send us a message and we can discuss your ideas and what you would like!

I want a particular colour but you don't offer it, is this something I can request?

Yes! If you want a colour that isn't available, we may be able to source this for you! Just send us a message and we can discuss what you are looking for and we can see what we can do!

Please note variations of colour may lead to a long lead time depending on material availability.

How long does my order take to ship?

Where possible we aim to send our orders within 4-5 business days (not including weekends & Bank holidays). However, during busy periods orders may take a little longer to be dispatched. Please check individual items for their dispatch times.

I need my item sooner that your dispatch time states is this possible?

On occasions we may be able to make and ship your order quicker than our stated dispatch times. However, this is on a case by case basis and depends on the size and requirements of the order. If you require it soon than stated, please get in touch with us prior to ordering and we can let you know if this is possible.

I have ordered a number plate/ sign / wall art, does it come with fixings?

No, we do not include fixings in orders for any of number plates, signs or wall art.

We recommend using double sided foam pads as a way to fix your order to the surface, although we cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused to surfaces.

If you would like us to add screw holes to you item, please send a message and we can do this for you.

My order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, what can I do?

Once an order has been dispatched we are reliant on Royal Mail to delivery your order in the estimated delivery window. In some instances orders can be delayed by events outside of our control, particularly with international orders outside the UK.

While we hope that your order will arrive in the allotted time, we cannot guarantee delivery by set dates. Therefore, we ask you allow a few extra working days for delivery of your order. If you need it by a certain date, please let us know before placing an order or at the time of ordering and we can advise whether it is achievable to receive an order by your date.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders not arriving for certain dates, but will try our best to achieve this.

UK Shipping

UK orders are sent as standard via Royal mail, 2nd class postage, this isn't trackable until a delivery attempt has been made. Should you want your order delivered quicker, please upgrade your postage when ordering.
We offer 1st class postage, which similar to the 2nd class postage is not trackable until a delivery attempt is made. Alternatively, we offer 1st class tracked and signed, which allows you to fully track your order.
1st class postage does not mean your order will be expedited, all orders are subject to our usual turn around time.
We cannot guarantee delivery by certain dates, as we are reliant on Royal mail to deliver your orders. If you need your order by a certain date, please get in touch and we can discuss options.

International Shipping

All orders outside of the UK are shipped using Royal Mail's International Standard shipping, this is not a trackable service and estimated as a 3-7 working day delivery from dispatch.

We do offer an upgrade to international shipping to allow for tracking, this is available at checkout. Again this is estimated as a 3-7 working day delivery time frame.

We do not offer express delivery for orders outside of the UK.

We cannot guarantee delivery by certain dates, this is due to events outside of our control, such as customs and national holidays. Therefore we ask for your patience in the delivery of your orders. Any issues please send us a message!
